For families, friends, and complete privacy, we offer six casitas with beautiful views of the ocean, terraces and Jacuzzi, table and chairs to take in the sun or enjoy the beautiful jungle surroundings. Each unit has two rooms with queen-size bed, bathroom with hot water, fan and equipped kitchen.
Luz de mono features some of Costa Rica's most interesting artists and musicians with regular art exhibits of local artists, and concerts, in the restaurant. The hotel is host to a yearly art festival known as 'Chunches de Mar', as well as a Music festival of local musicians.

After years of work, the Playa Grande Vineyard produces both a red and white wine known as 'Monkey Shine'.
