Casa Miguel is a great home in a great location. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and still only a few steps away from the center of town and the beach (about 250 and 450 yards respectively).

Its Nicaraguan tiles and tropical gardens lend it a colonial air.

The house is spacious and completely air conditioned. The living room is comfortable and has TV/DVD. Upstairs there's another living room with TV. The pool area has lounge chairs and a picnic table to enjoy the garden, as well as a charcoal grill.

It has wireless internet, a safe large enough for a laptop, security alarm and security bars on windows and doors.

We can rent just 4 bedrooms (8 people) or all 6 bedrooms (except Christmas and New Year weeks where we rent only the full house). In all cases, there would only be one group of renters at a time.
