Imagine being there, walking earthen paths through an untouched, pristine rain forest. Listen to the orchestra of bird songs. The primary and secondary rain forest is natural habitat to hundreds of species of birds, butterflies and wildlife.

At any time Samasati is perfect for rest, rejuvenation, and adventure. Jungle and beach activities are offered as well as yoga classes, spa treatments and massages. Yoga retreats and teacher trainings are offered year around.

YOGA CLASSES

Yoga classes are offered at Samasati by a certified resident teacher. Styles practices are Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa. Classes are held in Samasati's secluded Yoga room in the early morning before breakfast and in the early evening just before sunset. The duration is approximately 1-1/2 hours. If there are special Yoga Retreats or programs, Yoga classes are usually available throughout the day.
